We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and deliver a high-quality service experience. The position operates on a shift-based schedule, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Must Have
